  8. PThe ColorMaster2 driver is identical to the ColorMaster driver except it is approximately twice as fast during color graphics printing, and requires a lot of memory (up to about 1.2 Megabytes for a full 8.5 by 11 inch color graphics print).  The memory requirements are one third of this when doing black & white or grey scale printing.FSCC

  10. Assumes 8.5 inch wide paper with a printable width of 8.0 inches, unless a paper type of "Wide Tractor" is selected from Preferences in which case it assumes a maximum printable width of 13.6 inches.  Two densities are supported:  120 and 240 dpi.

  30. :This driver is identical to the Diablo C-150 driver except it prints all black dots twice.  This is a special feature of this printer and produces much more solid and darker black shades.  Note that there is some increase in printing time as a result of this feature--if you don't want it then use the Diablo C-150 driver.  Assumes 8.5 inch wide paper with a printable width of 8.0 inches, unless a paper type of "Wide Tractor" is selected from Preferences in which case it assumes a maximum printable width of 9.0 inches.  Two densities are supported:  120 and 240 dpi.FSCC

  32. Some Epson and Epson compatible printer's line spacing is a bit sloppy.  If you notice tiny white lines between each vertical strip of 8 dots try selecting a paper type of "Single" (rather than "Fanfold") in Preferences.  This tells the printer driver to advance 23/216 of a inch instead of the standard 24/216 of a inch.  This option has been implemented on the EpsonX, and CBM MPS-1000 drivers.HEAD
